Home Price versus Payment

Those smart researchers at KW compiled some interesting info on the affordability of homes in the U.S. While the price of almost every other good/service is on the rise, mortgage rates are down and home prices keep on falling. The median single family home price in Sebring, Florida is even lower than the national average at $129,900.
